PROVIDE FOR ALL NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES TO BE SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE, NON-ABSORBENT, CORROSIVE RESISTANT, AND LIGHT COLORED [750.1110] IN ADDITION, I OBSERVED THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER LOCATED NEAR THE HAND SINK IN THE KITCHEN AND THE HAND SINK BY THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE IN POOR REPAIR--THE HANDLE USE TO DISPENSE THE PAPER TOWEL STICKS AND DOES NOT DISPENSE PAPER TOWEL PROPERLY. 750.690 NEXT INSPECTION
